• Is there more than one shower?
• How close is it to college?
• Is the property near bus routes or public transport?
• Is there broadband available in the area?
• Is there a washing machine and/or dryer?
• Is there somewhere to store bicycles (if you intend to use one)?
• Is there space to study?
• Is there enough living space?
